The SABERCUT was engineered for flexibility to handle the most demanding customer applications and cutting requirements. Utilizing the latest technology the SABERCUT provides everything you want in a thermal cutting machine, accuracy, durability and versatility. The SABERCUT is a combination Plasma/Oxy/Fuel Cutting Machine and can be configured with multiple Plasma or Oxy/Fuel Stations. Generally this machine will be equipped with the latest in HyPerformance and Precision Plasma Systems and at least one Oxy/Fuel Station where heavier plate cutting is required.
The SABERCUT is configured with the latest technology in PC Based Controls and Drive Systems. Our standard is the Burny Phantom Multi-process control designed to handle up to (2) Plasma Stations, (6) Oxy/Fuel Stations, Marker, Drill, Ignitors and all Gas Controls It comes standard with an integrated AC or DC Servo Drive System, LCD Touch screen and the easy to learn and operate Burny 10 Software Platform.
This machine is equipped with a Pedestal mounted Rail System adjustable to fit right over the top of your existing water table. We use Machined Tongue & Groove “T” Rail with Precision Rack bolted right to the rail.
The SABERCUT comes standard in 4, 6 and 8 foot effective cutting widths. Effective cutting lengths in excess of 100 ft. are available.
